FAQ
1. How do I book a photo session with you?
To book a session, simply send an enquiry through my website contact form, Instagram DM or email. Please include details of your shoot (date, location, type of session and number of hours). Once confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
2. Can I customize a photography package to fit my specific needs?
Absolutely. My packages are flexible and can be tailored to suit your vision, your event or your project. If none of the listed packages match exactly what you’re looking for, I’ll create a custom quote based on your requirements.
3. How long does it take to receive the final edited images?
Edited images are delivered within 7-14 working days, depending on the size of the shoot and workload at the time. If you need your images sooner, rush delivery is available at an additional cost.
4. How do I prepare for a portrait session with you?
Once your session is booked, I’ll guide you through preparation with tips on outfits, colours, mood and general styling. For best results, choose outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable, and get enough rest before the shoot.
5. Do you travel for shoots?
Yes, I travel for both local and out-of-town sessions. Travel outside Birmingham attracts an additional fee depending on the distance and location.
6. What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my shoot?
I understand that things can change. If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if enough notice is given. Last-minute cancellations may result in full session charges.
7. Can I get raw photos?
Raw photos are not included as part of any package because they do not represent my final edited work. However, if you require the raw files for personal or professional purposes, they can be provided at an additional cost.
